1.Reasonable Force Distribution:

The gate operator is installed on the side away from the gate chain, applying driving force directly in the opening and closing directions, utilizing 24V DC voltage. This design prioritizes safety, energy efficiency, and high effectiveness.

2.Unique Sliding Groove Mechanism:

Boasting a distinctive sliding groove mechanism, the gate operator automatically adjusts with elastic elevation on uneven surfaces, accommodating slight undulations in the terrain (adaptability ranging from 0 to 90mm) without the need for embedded tracks. (For adaptability beyond 90mm, specific ordering is available, achieving adaptability up to 300mm.)

3.Wide Opening Angle:

The gate can open to any angle without being constrained by the gate itself (0~360 degrees).

4.Automatic Locking Device:

The gate operator's automatic locking mechanism is a patented technology developed by our company. Featuring a newly designed three-dimensional disengagement structure, it integrates driving and locking functions. Automatically locking in place upon closure ensures safety, reliability, and theft prevention, eliminating the need for an additional electric lock.

5.Manual Function:

In the event of a power outage, it can be easily switched to manual operation using a dedicated key. It can also switch to backup power or solar power (optional accessories).

6.Independent of Gate Pillars and Existing Structures:

The manual function is unaffected by gate pillars or existing structures. It can be installed on any new or existing gate without damaging the original structure of the gate or pillars.

7.Automatic Door Closing Function:

After opening, the gate automatically closes within a set time, featuring a slow start and stop. It stops if there is an obstruction during opening and reverses if an obstacle is encountered during closing. In the event of a power outage, the disengagement can be released for manual gate opening. It can be externally connected to safety devices such as warning lights and infrared devices. It can also be integrated with an access control system for automatic identification and entry control. Optional accessories include a battery or solar panel for backup power.
